Oreka

Oreka is yet another young setter that wasn’t wanted by his hunter and thankfully we were able to pick him up during our trip to Spain. His hunter kept him in a plastic transport box on the back of his car and we were told this is very common in Spain for hunters. They ride close to the road where it’s noisy and scary, with no protection in case of an accident, and in a small container where they can’t see out.

Thankfully Oreka is one of the safe ones now and he’s currently in the shelter until he finds his new home. He is a really stunning lad with a very sweet nature. He adores people and is very keen to have a fuss at every opportunity he gets. He was friendly with all the dogs he met and could live as an only dog or with a resident dog.

Oreka has not been cat tested but can be for the right home.
