Dunia is a medium sized, beautiful and sweet English Pointer. She was abandoned at the pound in poor condition, a sign that she had a difficult life before being abandoned. Thankfully one of the shelters we work closely rescued her from the pound so she could have the chance to find a family. Although Dunia’s condition is improving and she is in a much better place at the shelter now, she still has wounds on her skin and is extremely thin, so she will still need some TLC in her new home.
Dunia is shy at first but she is very sweet, sociable, and affectionate. She is great with other dogs, but could be an only dog in the right home with people around most of the time and company of friends or family dogs. She can live with older children and she has passed her cat test.
