Floss

Floss is a pretty young setter, given up along with her brother Cookie because the hunter had too many dogs. When Floss first arrived at the shelter, she was terrified of people and easily frightened by any noise. Little by little, she has started to relax and is learning new people and dogs aren’t too scary. She can now be gently stroked, but she still has a long way to go.

Floss needs a quiet adult only home with a confident resident dog to show her the ropes and adopters that are happy to take things at Floss’s pace while she learns that the world isn’t such a scary place.
