Lobo
D.O.B: 07/06/2023
Lobo arrived at the shelter on Christmas Eve with Lucera. They were brought in by a hunter who was being evicted from the land where he kept them and no longer had anywhere for them to go. He warned that if we could not take them in, he would leave them at the local pound, which is sadly known for its poor conditions.
Lobo is a very handsome setter with a striking tan coat. He is an active dog who loves running around outdoors at the shelter, but he also has a gentle side. He is calm in the car and thoroughly enjoys a good cuddle. Lobo is sociable with other dogs; however, he can be a little anxious around food. For this reason, he should be fed separately from other resident dogs while he learns that food will always be available and there is no need to worry.
