Maya is a wonderful girl, abandoned by her owner, having come from an unwanted litter. She is a bodegeuro mix, weighing only 6kg. Bodegeuros were originally bred to hunt for rodents in vineyards in Spain, making them clever yet affectionate little dogs with big hearts.
Maya can be shy at first with people but soon becomes affectionate, sweet and a very happy girl. She’s got a balanced energy, equally liking play time and nap time! She gets along really well with other dogs at the shelter and could just as easily live with other dogs in her new home or on her own. She also enjoys spending time with children.
