Orla

D.O.B: 17/05/2020

Orla is a beautiful irish setter (originally called Hadamor by her hunter) who was discarded as she’s scared of gunshots. She’s a slender and elegant build which is typical for the working irish setter breed. She’s very active with lots of energy and loves to run and sniff everything. she gets on great with male and female dogs at the shelter and currently shares her kennel with another setter and they get on great together. She is a bit of a pig when it comes to food at the moment which a lot of dogs we help are so she’s fed separately to make sure she only eats her own food! She’s adorable and loves people. She absolutely loves to have a fuss made of her and is very attention, always listening and watching. She walks well on her lead although this may change in time once she picks up confidence in a home. She’s also calm in the car on the journeys she has made with the shelter volunteers. In short, they say she’s a very loving girl.
