Romero

D.O.B: 13/03/2017
Romero is a German Shorthaired Pointer from the south of Spain. We’re told he spent most of his life shut in a cage with very little time outside. He is a handsome boy and on the smaller side for his breed. When he first arrived at the shelter he was very nervous, but little by little he has been gaining confidence. He is now calmer, braver, and happy to receive gentle affection without fear.
Romero gets along very well with other dogs, in the shelter they have really helped him grow in confidence. For this reason, he would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to guide him and show him the way. A calm and quiet household would be ideal, giving Romero the space and reassurance he needs to continue building his confidence and settling into family life.
