Tras

D.O.B: 23/04/2020

Tras has recently been taken in by a hunter whose friend no longer wanted him. Thankfully, Tras picked the right hunter and he’s been allowed in his home with his other dogs as well as being outside. He’s got very used to the comforts home life has to offer but sadly, he is having to come to the shelter at the end of July as the hunter he’s with at the moment travels a lot and he would have to go to another hunter and stay in their kennels, where we wouldn’t be able to prepare him for travel. Dogs who have previously lived in houses often struggle when placed in noisy shelter environments, so we’re hoping Tras will find a home quickly to make his stay as short as possible. Tras is a wonderful boy who would fit beautifully into most families. Having previously lived in a home, he’s already familiar with household routines, so things like toilet training are less likely to be an issue (though, like most dogs, he may take a little step back when he moves house). He’s comfortable with everyday household noises and is used to living happily alongside both cats and other dogs.
