Zeus

Zeus is a gentle, loving boy who is now thriving in one of our foster homes in the south-east.
Since arriving in the UK at the end of May, he has settled in beautifully. He has done really well with toilet training. He is learning to walk on the lead without pulling, and loves a bit more freedom on a long line in the park or off lead in a secure field. However he is likely to take a step or two backwards with training when moving home.
Zeus is sociable with other dogs and currently lives with a a young female setter. He loves to play in the garden with her followed by a snuggle with the human on the sofa. Zeus would prefer a home without cats and we think he would absolutely love to be an only dog with a human around most of the time for company.
His foster family describe him as an absolute gem. A sweet natured and incredibly affectionate boy, who is eating well (doesn’t hoover it down like many setters!) and adapting steadily to family life. Above all he loves attention and will nudge your hand with his nose when he thinks he isn’t getting enough.
Zeus may be six, but he’s got loads of energy for running and playing and then, in true setter style, snores happily on the sofa.
