Mara is a beautiful setter, and on the smaller side of the dogs we help. Mara and her sister Senda were given up because they were not wanted for hunting.
Mara is an active, confident and energetic girl. She shares a kennel her with sister Senda, the two of them get on very well and are happy playing and eating together. She also gets on with the other dogs she has met at the shelter and she has been friendly and confident with them all.
With people she is very confident and affectionate and doesn’t show any fears. She comes running when you call her around the shelter, although this will likely be different on an exciting walk! Mara can be cat tested for the right home.
